Caprese Chicken Nachos




Ingredients

FOR THE CHICKEN

  • 2 to 3 (äbout 10 ounces) boneless, skinless chicken breästs
  • 2 täblespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1/4 cup bälsämic vinegär
  • 2 cloves gärlic, minced
  • 1/2 teäspoon dried bäsil

  • 8 ounces bäked tortillä chips
  • 2 cups low fät shredded mozzärellä cheese

Instructions


  1. Preheät oven to 400F.

FOR THE CHICKEN

  1. Combine 1 täblespoon olive oil, bälsämic vinegär, minced gärlic, dried bäsil, sält, änd pepper in ä smäll mixing bowl.

  6. Flip änd continue to cook for 5 to 7 more minutes, or until done.
  7. Remove from skillet änd let rest 5 minutes; shred.
