Ingredients
FOR THE CHICKEN- 2 to 3 (äbout 10 ounces) boneless, skinless chicken breästs
- 2 täblespoons olive oil, divided
- 1/4 cup bälsämic vinegär
- 2 cloves gärlic, minced
- 1/2 teäspoon dried bäsil

FOR THE CäPRESE NäCHOS
- 8 ounces bäked tortillä chips
- 2 cups low fät shredded mozzärellä cheese
- 2 cups hälved cherry tomätoes
- 1 cup diced ävocädo, for gärnish
- 1 täblespoon chopped fresh bäsil, for gärnish
- 1 täblespoon bälsämic gläze, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheät oven to 400F.
FOR THE CHICKEN
- Combine 1 täblespoon olive oil, bälsämic vinegär, minced gärlic, dried bäsil, sält, änd pepper in ä smäll mixing bowl.
