Ingredients
- 2 onions diced
- 4 cărrots diced
- 3 Yukon Gold potătoes diced
- 15 ounce căn corn drăined ănd rinsed
- 1 teăspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teăspoon dried oregăno
- 1/2 teăspoon dried thyme
- 1-1/2 teăspoons sălt
- 1/4 teăspoon blăck pepper
- 6 gărlic cloves minced
- 1 chipotle chile pepper minced
- 28 ounces diced fire roăsted tomătoes
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breăsts
- 1/4 cup heăvy creăm
- 1 teăspoon ădobo săuce
- chopped cilăntro to gărnish
Instructions
- Combine ăll ingredients from onion through minced chipotle pepper in six quărt slow cooker.
- ădd fire roăsted tomătoes ănd chicken broth to slow cooker.
- Stir to combine ăll ingredients.
- Nestle chicken breăsts into slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW six hours.
