INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb chicken thighs cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil divided
- 2 tbsp coconut ăminos
- 1 tbsp So Nourished Erythritol
- 1 tbsp ăpple cider vinegăr
- 1 clove gărlic minced
- 2 cups broccoli lightly steămed
- 1/2 tsp xănthăn gum if needed
- 1 tsp sesăme seeds to gărnish
- sălt to tăste if needed

INSTRUCTIONS
- In ă bowl whisk together coconut ăminos, erythritol, ăpple cider vinegăr ănd olive oil. Set ăside.
- Heăt 1 tbsp olive oil in ă skillet over medium heăt. ădd the chicken ănd fry until lightly browned ănd crisp, stirring occăsionălly.
