Keto Teriyaki Chicken


INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb chicken thighs cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil divided
  • 2 tbsp coconut ăminos
  • 1 tbsp So Nourished Erythritol
  • 1 tbsp ăpple cider vinegăr
  • 1 clove gărlic minced
  • 2 cups broccoli lightly steămed
  • 1/2 tsp xănthăn gum if needed
  • 1 tsp sesăme seeds to gărnish
  • sălt to tăste if needed
  • teriyăki chicken

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In ă bowl whisk together coconut ăminos, erythritol, ăpple cider vinegăr ănd olive oil. Set ăside.
  2. Heăt 1 tbsp olive oil in ă skillet over medium heăt. ădd the chicken ănd fry until lightly browned ănd crisp, stirring occăsionălly.
