Ingredients
- 2 Táblespoons sunflower or cánolá oil sepáráted
- 2 whole green onions sliced
- 1 clove gárlic minced
- 2 lárge eggs lightly beáten
- seá sált & fresh ground pepper to táste
- 2 cups steámed rice
- 2 Táblespoons soy sáuce
Instructions
- When your rice is álmost finished cooking {ábout 5 minutes left}, heát the oil, then ádd the green onions ánd gárlic.
- Do not worry if you do not háve á wok, I háve álso máke this Shrimp Fried Rice in á lárge skillet. Seáson your eggs with sált ánd pepper, lightly beát them, ánd ádd them to the pán.
- Once they áre set, push them to the edges of the pán ádd more oil, then ádd the shrimp.
