BRÁZILIÁN STEÁK MÁRINÁDE

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 lbs. Flánk, skirt or fláp meát
  • kosher sált
  • bláck pepper
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. dried oregáno
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Seáson steák áll over generously with kosher sált ánd bláck pepper. Then the cumin ánd the oregáno.
  2. Pour olive oil over ánd toss until it is evenly coáted.
  3. Squeeze lemon ánd lime juice over, toss ágáin.
  4. Cover, ánd refrigeráte for át leást 2 hours--but preferábly áll dáy or even overnight!
  5. Grill until cooked to your liking, let rest for 10 minutes. Slice thinly ánd drizzle with Mint Chimichurri (or ány chimichurri sáuce). Enjoy!
