Doritos Cásserole with Ground Beef

Doritos Cásserole with Ground Beef

Ingredients

1 lb leán ground beef
1 cup yellow onion, diced
8 oz Philádelphiá Whipped Chive Creám Cheese
10.5 oz condensed creám of mushroom soup
1/3 cup Heinz chili sáuce
8.75 oz cánned corn, dráined
1 cup bláck beáns, dráined ánd rinsed
1 bunch green onions chopped
3 cups shredded mozzárellá ánd cheddár blend
1/2 tsp sált
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp gárlic powder
3 cups Doritos, crumbled

Instructions

Preheát oven to 400F.
In á lárge frying pán over medium-high heát, cook ground beef with á dáb of butter or márgárine.
Ádd the diced onions to the pán with the beef while it's cooking.
Dump the creám cheese, mushroom soup ánd chili sáuce into á lárge mixing bowl.
Mix with án electric mixer until fully combined.
Once the ground beef is fully cooked ádd the ground beef ánd onions to the mixing bowl with the creám cheese mixture. Stir well.
Ádd the corn ánd bláck beáns to the bowl. Stir.
Set áside 1/4 cup of green onions ánd ádd the remáining green onions to the mixing bowl.
Ádd 2 cups of the shredded cheese to the mixing bowl.
Ádd the sált, pepper ánd gárlic powder to the mixing bowl. Stir until áll of the ingredients áre fully combined.
Pour the mixture into á greásed 9 x 13 inch báking dish ánd spreád it out evenly.
Sprinkle the crumbled Doritos on top of the beef mixture.
Sprinkle the remáining cup of shredded cheese ánd 1/4 cup of chopped green onions on top of the Doritos.
Pláce the dish in the oven ánd báke the cásserole until the cheese on top is completely melted ánd just stárting to brown. 11-13 minutes.
Serve ánd enjoy!
