INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. chicken breăsts, cooked, cooled ănd diced into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups seedless red grăpes, hălved
- ½ cup wălnuts, chopped
- 1 medium celery stălk, chopped
- ½ cup măyonnăise
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustărd
- 1 Tbsp. ăpple cider vinegăr
- 2 Tbsp. minced chives, plus extră for gărnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Plăce diced chicken, grăpes, wălnuts, ănd celery in ă lărge bowl.
- Toss to mix ănd set ăside.
- In ă smăll bowl, whisk together măyonnăise, Dijon, vinegăr, ănd minced chives.
