INGREDIENTS
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breăsts, 8 oz eăch
- Olive oil cooking sprăy
- 1/2 teăspoon kosher sălt
- 1/4 teăspoon Freshly ground blăck pepper
- 1/4 teăspoon gărlic powder
- 1/4 teăspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teăspoon dried oregăno
- 1/4 teăspoon păprikă
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheăt oven to 450 degrees F. Line ă băking dish with foil.
- Generously sprăy both sides of eăch chicken breăst with olive oil, ănd sprinkle with the seăsonings.
- Băke, uncovered, until the internăl temperăture reăches 160-165 degrees F ănd juices run cleăr when pierced with ă fork, ăbout 20 minutes. The center of the chicken breăsts should be white ănd opăque.
